Do you have experience in production and are you looking for a new challenge? As a Production Operator in Elsloo, you’ll have the chance to learn how to operate various machines and develop your skills further. You’ll work in a small team, can choose between day shifts or two-shift work, and have every weekend off. What’s more, there are plenty of opportunities for career progression. Sound good? Read on!

Wat ga je doen?

As a Production Assistant, you will be working at an industrial laundry in Elsloo where textiles for the healthcare sector are cleaned and processed. Together with around 5 to 10 colleagues, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the textiles meet the correct quality standards.

You will have a varied role in which you will become familiar with different machines and workstations. This will make you increasingly versatile and give you the opportunity to progress within the company.

  • Operating and setting up various production machines
  • Sorting, checking and processing textiles.
  • Checking the quality of the end product.
  • Identifying and, where possible, resolving minor faults.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

Working hours

There are opportunities for both day shifts and two-shift scheduals. On day shifts, you’ll work from 07:00 to 16:00.

On the two-shift rota, you’ll alternate weekly between:

Week 1: 06:00 to 14:45.

Week 2: 11.15 am to 8.00 pm.

You will receive a 22.5% shift allowance for hours worked between 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm. You will work from Monday to Friday and have every weekend off. Depending on the role, you will work 36 to 40 hours per week.

Wat wij bieden?

  • A starting salary of €14.99 gross per hour; for 36 hours, this amounts to €2,347 gross per month, and for 40 hours, €2,600 per month
  • 22.5% extra salary between 19:00 and 20:00 if you work two shifts

Wat vragen wij?

  • Experience in production, logistics or a similar working environment.
  • Full-time availability of 36 to 40 hours per week.
  • You speak English or Dutch
  • Own transport to travel independently to the workplace.
  • Resident in the Netherlands and authorised to work here.
  • No issues with repetitive tasks.
  • Available for a minimum of six months.
